Counter Intelligence

Not really ... or type-O ?

Before I cast aspersions we might be reminded of curve ball and other manipulations for political gain or loss. 

People can be told anything, confirming it or counting on it are another thing, not to mention protecting sources**, let alone foreign and domestic consumption of intelligence.
